Role Overview
- Responsible for developing and executing digital product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development.
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback for product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Write product requirements and user stories to guide development.
- Track product performance metrics and analyze data for improvement.
- Support the Head of Product in executing strategies and initiatives.
- Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in product management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management for digital products.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and translation into product improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of CRM & Marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with product management tools and software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for user experiences.
- Fluent in English required.
