You are the primary point of contact for prospects and customers regarding weclapp, and you work closely with our development team to define requirements clearly and translate them into solutions.
You guide customers through the entire process: requirements analysis → onboarding → implementation → go-live → daily support.
You ensure structure, prioritization and smooth execution throughout the process.
You conduct onboarding trainings, create documentation and help teams fully master their weclapp system.
You gather customer needs, translate them into clear requirements, and collaborate with the dev team on custom solutions and plugins for e‑commerce.
Requirements
Extensive weclapp experience (e.g., as a consultant, in-house in e‑commerce, or directly within the weclapp ecosystem)
Strong ERP process knowledge (Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, master data, workflows)
Solid basics in accounting/finance (understanding the core logic is sufficient — you don’t need to be a certified accountant)
Communication & structure: you listen well, ask the right questions, document clearly and work in a solution-oriented way
Languages: German fluent, English at least B2
Residence in Germany or Austria; work fully remote.
