Role Overview
You initiate our 360-degree feedback processes, analyze the results and derive the appropriate action plan for each employee.
You organize, facilitate and take methodological responsibility for feedback and career-perspective conversations, including follow-ups and milestones, together with the Heads of.
You develop people, encourage and guide them step by step into their growth zone—providing momentum rather than pressure.
Based on results and goals, you prepare salary proposals aligned with our career levels.
You are responsible for reliable, confidential and as efficient as possible HR processes in Personio.
You design an onboarding experience that supports new employees both professionally and personally, support Talent Management and decide on hires together with the Heads of.
You have a sense for when people need to talk, offer safe spaces and coffee dates, pick up on moods early and strengthen team cohesion.
Requirements
More than 3 years in People & Culture / HR / People Development, ideally in a dynamic service-oriented environment.
Genuine interest in people and their development; experience supporting employees (feedback, coaching, sparring) and a willingness to challenge them.
Confident handling of feedback, development and difficult conflict conversations — empathetic, appreciative and composed.
Confident user of HR software (ideally Personio), onboarding and HR administration; data accuracy and confidentiality are second nature to you.
You’re eager to drive initiatives forward, think in processes, work solution-oriented and use AI to minimize administrative effort.
You keep track across multiple teams and work independently.
Business-fluent German (English is a plus but not required).
Nice-to-have: coaching certification, experience with change/organizational development or L&D concepts.
