Role Overview
- Advising managing directors on acquiring new employees or contracts through our systems
- Independently scheduling appointments with warm inbound leads
- Pre-qualifying prospects for consultations with our experts
- Participating in team meetings and handling minor administrative tasks
Requirements
- Clear German pronunciation and high energy
- Willingness to learn, performance-oriented and a desire for continuous development
- Initial experience in telephone cold calling, ideally 1–3 years in sales
- Experience in an agency or sales coaching is a plus
