Own and manage day-to-day commercial relationships for a portfolio of client accounts
Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Develop and execute annual account plans to support consistent growth
Build and maintain a well-qualified pipeline, advancing opportunities through a defined sales process
Partner closely with customer delivery teams to monitor client satisfaction
Represent the voice of the clients internally
Collaborate with peers and sales leadership to share best practices
Carry an annual ACV quota and hold accountability for revenue, pipeline, and forecast accuracy

5+ years of experience building and managing client relationships
Proven track record managing commercial relationships with clients, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
Experience co-creating solutions that solve complex client problems
Demonstrated success growing client accounts
Proven experience accelerating growth within existing client accounts
Experience calling on or working within the insurance industry
Strong understanding of the insurance industry
Familiarity with claims processes and insurance operations is particularly valuable
Confident communicator who builds trust with clients, peer functions, and internal teams
