About this role
Role Overview
Build and maintain strategic key accounts at C-level (e.g., major investors, retail and hospitality groups)
Early positioning with investors and decision-makers during new construction and infrastructure projects
Develop and manage a sustainable sales pipeline and take responsibility for expanding the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) business
Identify and develop business opportunities across Switzerland
Work closely with internal specialist departments and hand over to downstream sales units (e.g., planning consultancy)
Lead complex sales processes (from negotiation to contract signing) with deep technical expertise
Monitor the market and actively contribute to shaping the sales strategy in the C&I segment
Requirements
Completed higher education (University / FH / HF) in a technical or business field, preferably related to real estate, energy, or building technology
Minimum 10 years' experience in technical sales in building energy technology or the energy industry with national accounts
Experience in technical consulting for building energy technology solutions, including ZEV, self-consumption models and metering technology
Strong ability to actively open up markets and acquire new institutional customers
Strong advisory skills, confident presence at decision-maker level, and active relationship management
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong closing skills, and enthusiasm for active market development
Independent, structured working style and high personal responsibility
Native-level German, business-fluent French and English
Willingness to travel within Switzerland
