You support our team lead in code reviews and test automation, ensuring through high standards that tickets can be merged efficiently and securely.
You optimize queries and understand the logic behind complex data structures.
Following the motto “You build it, you run it,” you accompany features from the initial concept through to rollout.
You optimize prompts for extraction from unstructured legal documents and, through validation layers (guardrails), ensure that AI results reliably flow back into MariaDB.
You develop logic that not only derives information from extracted data but also automatically generates precise draft responses and process-relevant follow-up tasks (to-dos).
You use state-of-the-art AI tools yourself (e.g., Claude/Anthropic, Copilot) to maximize your development velocity and help the team integrate these tools efficiently into the SDLC.

At least 5 years of professional full-stack experience.
You have worked in environments where code quality and review processes were critical.
You are proficient in Java / Spring Boot and equally confident with React and TypeScript.
You have solid experience with relational databases (MariaDB/MySQL) and know how to work performantly with large table structures.
You think in scalable microservices and clean interfaces (REST).
You are fluent in German (C1/C2) to navigate the complex legal domain confidently.
