Lead complex construction or rehabilitation projects for waste treatment facilities
Provide overall project leadership, including client (owner) support and coordination with public authorities
Supervise and coordinate WSP’s activities within the monitoring and coordination unit of a temporary consortium of companies
Develop and monitor the overall project schedule
Coordinate construction progress monitoring with all stakeholders
Ensure compliance with budgets and schedules
Prepare workload and staffing forecasts in coordination with the Group Lead
Ensure coordination of technical and contractual interfaces among the project’s various stakeholders

Engineering degree (generalist, environmental, energy, or civil engineering)
8 to 10 years of experience leading large-scale projects related to waste treatment facilities
Strong command of project management in its technical, organizational, and strategic dimensions
Proven experience in owner’s representation (client advisory), project management, and supporting public-sector stakeholders
Solid knowledge of construction supervision and commissioning of industrial installations
Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders
Ability to defend technical choices, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and unite stakeholders around projects
Strong organizational skills, rigor, and initiative
Energetic and motivated to take on new challenges, with a broad vision of project issues
Results-oriented with the ability to bring projects to completion
Proficiency in Lean management tools
