About this role
Role Overview
Collaborate with Account Managers to qualify opportunities and analyze data samples
Organize discovery sessions to understand clients' workflows and objectives
Design and present product and API demonstrations
Assist with RFP responses, technical documentation, and executing proofs of concept (POCs)
Participate in ongoing training for Account Management teams (competition, regulations, use cases, sales kits) — 30% of activity
Requirements
Experience in a client-facing role
Knowledge of integrations (APIs, architecture)
Familiarity with SaaS tools and integrations with third‑party systems
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proactive, problem-solving mindset, passionate about customer and internal team success
Professional working proficiency in English (C1 level)
