About this role
Role Overview
- Lead development of key platform features across both backend and frontend.
- Develop and review production code using technologies such as Laravel, PostgreSQL, and Angular/TypeScript.
- Design and maintain database architecture, ensuring integrity and efficiency in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
- Collaborate with Product and TPMs to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across multiple systems, including editor state management, data persistence, and rendering.
- Establish and maintain development standards, best practices, and architectural patterns within the team.
- Actively participate in code reviews, technical design, and mentoring of developers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the field.
- Advanced English.
- Experience leading teams.
- Strong experience in PHP backend development.
- Frontend development with Angular/TypeScript.
- Deep knowledge of database design and modeling (preferably PostgreSQL).
- Experience working on multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Ability to work across the full stack (backend and frontend).
- Excellent debugging skills and ability to solve complex problems.
