You will be responsible for understanding and applying operational procedures specific to digital workstreams
Execute our digital in-scope functions in this new cross-functional digital team employing a risk and controls mindset
You will be responsible for understanding and executing operational procedures specific to Digital Asset Operations
Provide regular communication and reporting updates to ensure full transparency and clarity of workstream delivery to digital asset operations leadership teams
Identify and influence quality control process improvements relevant to the role by challenging the design and implementation of related self-custody processes, procedures and other documentation required for smooth operations

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
Ability to excel when faced with the unknown and challenged to develop new ways
Excellent communication and escalation ability
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and external stakeholders
Hands-on experience with digital assets and wallets, distributed ledger technology, tokenization is preferred
Some experience in operations, business controls, BUAT or client service for traditional and/or digital products for large institutions
