Role Overview
- Operational and technical leadership
- Mentor and manage the three developers in their skills development and career progression
- Promote best practices and contribute to Chapter activities
- Serve as the technical reference for the Architecture & Quality team
- Design robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions
- Ensure code quality and the reliability of deliveries
- Contribute to architectural decisions and the technical strategy
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in software development
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Tech Lead
- Strong expertise in .NET / C#
- Good command of React.js or Angular
- Strong product mindset and a collaborative working style
- Ability to take a step back on architecture and scalability topics
- Pragmatic approach, focused on continuous improvement and 'Test & Learn'
