About this role

Designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for enhancements and new products.
Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools.
Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design.
Provides expertise and partnership to functional and technical project teams.
Participates in cross-functional initiatives and may lead team mentoring.

Deep understanding of modern C++.
Proficient with STL, Boost, templates, and object-oriented design.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Experience with Systems programming with C++11 and beyond – Safe and Performant Coding.
Solid grasp of systems-level concepts (memory management, CPU architecture, I/O).
Experience with user-space development on Linux.
Multithreaded Programming: Experience with concurrency primitives and synchronization techniques.
Understanding of thread safety, race conditions, and deadlock prevention.
Familiarity with profiling tools and performance bottleneck analysis.
Familiarity with Distributed Systems design concepts.
Ability to analyze and optimize algorithmic complexity.
