Perform full-cycle accounting activities across multiple entities.
Manage accounts payable (AP) posting and cash postings.
Prepare and post payroll journal entries.
Record and maintain accruals.
Complete account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows through automation and AI-driven solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
3–5+ years of accounting experience with hands-on full-cycle accounting responsibilities.
Strong experience with:
Accounts Payable (AP)
Cash postings
Payroll journal entries
Accruals
Account reconciliations
Financial statement review
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Sage Intacct experience is a strict requirement.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
Interest in leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency and accounting processes.
