External Participant Recruitment Analyst

Role Overview

• Generate qualified participant demand through active prospecting and ongoing relationship building;
• Prospect and establish partnerships with schools, companies, community groups, churches and organizations;
• Participate in and organize activations at mass events (traditional June festivals
• Festas Juninas, career fairs, corporate events);
• Qualify leads according to eligibility criteria;
• Hand over qualified demand to the scheduling team with complete information;
• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with partners;
• Report monthly recruitment and pipeline metrics.

Requirements

• Experience with partnerships or B2C sales, preferably in an offline, field-based role;
• Experience in demand generation, active prospecting and partnership development;
• Preferable experience in healthcare, participant recruitment or community outreach;
• Proficiency with tools and spreadsheets for pipeline management;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to qualify leads and perform initial screening;
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (own transportation required);
• Availability for flexible hours and weekend work.
