Campaign management: planning, execution, and coordination of influencer marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the team
Client communication: supporting client servicing, preparing weekly updates, and assisting in meeting preparation
Market and competitor analysis: identifying trends and developing ideas to strengthen client strategies
Budget & cost control: assisting with budget management and ensuring financial targets are met
Internal coordination: working closely with Key Account Management and supporting client growth initiatives
Paid media support: contributing to paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok

At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or a comparable role
Strong communication skills and a confident approach to working with clients and creators
Initial experience in budget management and process optimization
Basic understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and paid media, with a desire to continue developing
Team-player attitude, hands-on mentality, and self-initiative
Excellent German skills (minimum C2) and good written and spoken English
Diplomatic skills for working with diverse stakeholders
