Sales Specialist – MFG

Role Overview

• Drive new Lakebase revenue through customer activations
• Lead with outcomes for key Lakebase personas
• Sell the value of fully-managed Postgres
• Run complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
• Orchestrate proof-of-value and POCs
• Compete against operational databases
• Align to measurable business outcomes
• Partner cross-functionally to shape territory plans
• Enable the field by sharing best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
• Proven success selling data platforms
• Strong understanding of modern data and application architectures
• Ability to sell to both technical and business stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience leading specialist or overlay motions
• Executive presence and ability to whiteboard architectures
• Strong value selling skills
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
