English order processing: You will manage and track customer orders from acceptance to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Customer service: You will be the direct contact for our customers via email, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Returns & exchanges: You will process returns and exchanges, ensuring quick and hassle‑free resolutions.
Review management: You will regularly monitor customer reviews, reach out when necessary to offer solutions, and publish targeted responses to actively improve the customer experience and strengthen trust in our brand.
Reporting: You will maintain customer data and order statuses and assist in preparing reports on orders and customer interactions.
Collaboration & coordination: You will work closely with other teams such as marketing and logistics to ensure a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
You are a student (m/f/x) enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications).
You have an interest in sales, customer relationship management, and online marketing.
You demonstrate initiative, are a team player, and possess strong communication skills.
You speak fluent English; German is a plus.
You have experience with common office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and ideally with Google Workspace.
Prior experience in e‑commerce is an advantage.
You are motivated, proactive, and can structure your tasks independently and complete them according to guidance, taking responsibility for your results.
