Role Overview
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification within the German-speaking market.
- Provide exceptional sales service and client management, maintaining a high standard of delivery across all accounts.
- Utilize Salesforce and Salesloft to manage pipelines, track activity, and optimize the sales cycle.
- Multitask effectively between business development activities and strategic account management duties.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs related to meeting generation, pipeline contribution, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
- Currently based in the UK or Europe with a compatible timezone.
- Proven experience in a sales, account management, or delivery-focused role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Immediate availability to start.
- A resilient, ambitious personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR) within the SaaS or Engineering sectors.
