Role Overview
- Collaborate on cross-departmental projects and contribute to the development of internal processes
- Telephone-based claims intake and support for customers, partners and repair shops
- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices, insurance reimbursements and payment processes
- Assess damages and liability, decide on settlements, and coordinate with insurers
- Manage workshop and insurance procedures, including obtaining insurer approvals, inspections and repair authorizations
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- High level of personal responsibility and a meticulous working style
- Initial experience in a complex service environment or industry
- Interest in claims processes and numerical data, and strong IT affinity
- Completed commercial vocational training or a business-related degree
