Take responsibility for client files of varying complexity according to your skills, under the supervision of experienced engagement managers
Serve as the primary client contact for these files to ensure engagement follow-up and deliverables (financial statements, tax filings, dashboards, etc.)
Identify clients' technical and organizational needs
Act as both an expert and a teacher—providing technical support while maintaining a strong relationship of trust
Coordinate actions with colleagues and across disciplines on files (accounting, tax, legal, payroll/social, etc.)
Monitor the profitability of your files and raise alerts when necessary
Effectively assist experienced engagement managers on their files
Contribute to the Expertise team’s activities with a spirit of mutual support and high standards
Requirements
Minimum DCG qualification; ideally a Bac+5 (Master) such as Master CCA or DSCG
At least 3 years' proven experience as an accounting associate in a French accounting firm
Comfortable with IT tools (accounting/reporting software, Microsoft Office, and interoperability with management/tax/banking systems)
Curiosity, rigor, analytical ability, critical thinking and a taste for teamwork
Strong accounting and tax skills, with the ability to research documentation (e.g., EFL, Navis)
Strong sense of responsibility and organization; able to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs
Responsive and able to make judgments, demonstrating tact to understand and advance matters
Good interpersonal skills to engage with clients
Ability to explain your decisions and analyses clearly and pedagogically
Integrity and reliability
Ideally able to communicate in English with some clients
