Deliver engaging technical training (theory + practical) to dealer and customer teams
Support installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of mining technology systems
Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and recommend solutions
Maintain and improve training materials to reflect current systems and best practices
Provide on-site coaching and guidance to technicians in real-world environments
Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and service capability
Build strong relationships with dealers and customers through clear communication and follow-through

Hands-on experience with mining equipment, mobile plant, or fleet technology systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Confidence communicating with technicians, operators and stakeholders
Ability to travel and work on-site when required
A customer-focused mindset and willingness to support others
Exposure to MineStar or similar fleet management / mining technology systems
Experience in training, mentoring or coaching others in a workplace environment
