Attend training on regular intervals to speed on execution, adhering to standards, processes, procedures involved during execution
Reconcile and manage all aspects of programmatic platform updates etc
Support the internal team in preparing invoices of completed projects in a timely manner
Requirements
Minimum of 3-7 years relevant Market Research experience
5-6 years project management or Data processing experience
2 to 4 years of experience in managing team of at least 2 to 5
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
Post Graduate or B School degree in Operations, Market Research field from well-known management institution or a board are preferred
Experience with many different types of Research studies: tracking (continuous and wave), copy-testing, concept-testing, segmentation and/or different types of brands and market sectors
Client centric mindset, and consulting skills, emotional intelligence, collaborative, consensus builder, good conflict management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in survey methods employed on managed studies
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in an independent, self-directed manner as well as part of a team effort
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Should be comfortable to work in night shifts – rotational, 24/7 operational support and working on weekends
