Own and maintain the product backlog for Zoomph's broadcast measurement tools, writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
Drive features from concept through launch, partnering with engineering and design to deliver on schedule and to spec.
Define and track success metrics for shipped features and report on outcomes.
Partner with engineering and data science to ship and improve AI computer vision features that detect and value logos, virtual signage, and on-screen brand exposure in broadcast and streaming feeds.
Define and monitor detection accuracy and performance targets for the computer vision pipeline and prioritize improvements with the data science team.
Support QA and validation of detection results so sponsorship valuation stays trustworthy for clients.
Translate broadcast and league requirements into a prioritized roadmap alongside the Director and Associate Director, Broadcast Strategy.
Gather and synthesize feedback from sales, customer success, leagues, teams, and brand partners to inform priorities.
Analyze product usage and broadcast measurement trends to identify opportunities and gaps.
Coordinate releases and keep internal teams informed on what is shipping and when.
Enable sales and customer success on new broadcast and computer vision capabilities through clear documentation.
Requirements
3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, analytics, or media technology.
Working understanding of AI computer vision or machine learning products, and comfort partnering with data science teams.
Experience writing requirements, user stories, and managing a product backlog.
Familiarity with sports, broadcast, media, or sponsorship measurement is strongly preferred.
Comfort working with data and translating it into clear product decisions and quality metrics.
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with product management and design tools such as TFS, Figma, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
