You are in daily contact by email, Skype and phone with every partner to discuss business opportunities, troubleshoot issues, etc…
You qualify and on-board new programmatic partners, providing them the support they need to complete the integration, together with our technical team.
You provide monthly business reports on the evolution of your portfolio, issues and opportunities.
You ensure all partners respect our compliance guidelines and address any compliance issue that arises together with our compliance team.
You provide feedback and suggestions for technical improvements.
You monitor possible fraudulent traffic sources and collaborate with our compliance and security teams to block any invalid traffic sources from the network.
You help improve internal processes and documentations referring to programmatic activity.
Requirements
3+ years in digital advertising (media buying, advertising, publishing, affiliate marketing, programmatic).
In-depth understanding of affiliation/adnetwork players and concepts.
Russian Speaker is a must; Fluent in English.
Knowledge of online advertising concepts, programmatic, Open RTB, Ad exchange, SSPs, DSPs.
3+ years of account management experience.
Awareness of the Adexchange ecosystem, DSP, SSP..
Familiarity with oRTB/XML protocols is a plus.
Proficient with Google Docs and Excel.
Strong analytical skills for identifying opportunities and drawing data-driven conclusions.
Sales expertise with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through frequent calls, conferences, and pitches.
Effective time management and task prioritisation.
Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Effective and adaptable communication skills.
Attention to detail for accurate campaign setup and monitoring.
