Pivot quickly between different sales motions, messaging frameworks, and target profiles as the team’s testing focus evolves.
Requirements
2+ years of quota-carrying, hunter sales experience; outbound SaaS, B2B, or tech sales experience is highly preferred (this is an experienced seller profile, not an account management role).
Proven track record in outbound prospecting, including a high comfort level with making a high volume of cold phone calls daily to build pipeline from scratch.
Advanced discovery and objection-handling skills; ability to create urgency and establish a clear need where one wasn't previously recognized.
An analytical, process-oriented mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the prospect of testing, measuring, and documenting what works versus what doesn't.
Exceptional communication skills; ability to quickly establish credibility and authority over the phone with small-to-midsize business owners.
Strong proficiency with sales tech; experience with Salesforce, sequencing tools, and data enrichment platforms is strongly preferred.
Highly curious, adaptable, and resilient; eager to ask deeper questions to uncover insights, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where strategies, scripts, and target segments change frequently based on real-time data.
