Strong technical insight into test engineering and method development
Motivated to create structure, direction, and engagement around a specialized team
Strong informal leadership skills or senior technical experience preferred
Enjoy staying close to the technical work and contributing actively to testing activities
Thrive in an innovation-driven R&D environment
Degree in engineering or relevant technical discipline
Solid experience in test engineering, method development, statistics, and laboratory-based work
Leadership experience or clear potential in people leadership
Experience from medical device development or regulated industries
Structured approach to prioritization, stakeholder management, and team development
Fluent in English
