2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally in product-focused environments (startups, agencies, or e-commerce)
Strong UI design skills
you have an exceptional eye for typography, color, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
Solid UX foundation
comfortable creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, but you shine brightest when crafting beautiful interfaces
Figma mastery
you live in Figma and know how to build scalable, well-organized design files
Design system thinking
experience building or contributing to component libraries and design tokens
Collaboration mindset
you work well with developers and can communicate design decisions clearly
German fluency
you're comfortable working in German and English (our team is international, but German-speaking users are core to our audience)
Portfolio that shows range
