Support for the technical onboarding of new merchants to our platform.
Perform quality assurance tasks (e.g., testing, data validation).
Assist in responding to technical queries from partners during onboarding and live operations.
Analyze existing partner integrations to identify opportunities for optimization.
Contribute to the development of integration templates and processes.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner integration and a positive seller experience.

Enrolled in a degree program in Business, Business Informatics, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or a related field.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility, as well as to collaborate effectively in a team.
Some experience with Excel, Confluence, JIRA, or content systems is desirable.
Strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, CMSs, product feeds) is a plus but not required.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define actions based on insights.
German and English language skills are required.
