Direct HOKA’s global physical storytelling and experience design, collaborating with regional teams (NA, EMEA, APAC)
Provide creative leadership for retail expression and pop-up activations
Create unique in-store experiences and campaigns that drive awareness and conversion for product launches and brand programs
Collaborate with Brand Creative to deliver integrated campaigns
Lead and inspire a team of in-house and freelance designers
Partner with HOKA Marketing to connect global creative
Drive understanding of consumer journey, visual hierarchy, and IRL activations
Define and develop storytelling strategies for brick-and-mortar
Concept and design immersive brand experiences
Stay at the forefront of trends and technology
Oversee projects throughout the production cycle
Analyze, strategize, and translate creative briefs into actionable directives
Lead reviews, provide constructive feedback, and present ideas clearly
Establish creative excellence for design, storytelling, and experiences
Requirements
Bring 10+ years of design experience in an agency or in-house team
Have at least 5 years in a senior creative leadership position, leading multidisciplinary teams
Hold a BA in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experienced in creative design, seasonal storytelling, and activations for stores and events
Possess an authentic connection to performance lifestyle brands and value-driven companies
Have a diverse portfolio reflecting sophistication in architecture, interior design, graphic design, typography, layout, and in-store storytelling campaigns
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Figma), Microsoft Office, and familiar with project/asset management tools
