Create a positive, ethical, and respectful work environment by promoting the company culture
Manage day to day Center staff including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations
Develop and maintain Center staffing schedule; assign caseloads and room assignments
Lead intake process and onboard new clients and families; ensure insurance approvals
Establish and maintain relationships with referral partners
Accountable for financial and operational performance of the Center including managing annual budget
Ensure all equipment is safe and in proper working condition for clients

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
5+ years of management, operations, and leadership
Healthcare environment experience required, behavioral health preferred
Strong business acumen; understanding of general finance and budgeting
Ability to build consensus and positive relationships among staff, clients, families, external vendors and referral sources
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
