AI-Assisted Development — You will actively use AI coding assistants and copilots in your daily workflow, accelerating delivery and raising code quality across GoTo Resolve features.
Harness Engineering — You will design and maintain harnesses and evaluation frameworks that helps us during our day to day work with AI.
Feature Development — You will build and ship full-stack features end-to-end, collaborating closely with product managers and designers to deliver meaningful experiences to IT professionals using GoTo Resolve.
Continuous Improvement — You will contribute to code reviews, propose improvements to development processes, and help evolve the team’s engineering practices as the AI tooling landscape matures.
Requirements
0–4 years of professional software development experience, with a track record of shipping production-quality code
Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) as a core part of your development workflow—not just occasionally, but daily
Familiarity with AI harness and evaluation concepts: writing automated evals, benchmarking model outputs, or building test frameworks for AI-powered features
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: clean code, testing, version control, and agile collaboration in a team environment
Curiosity and a growth mindset—you keep up with how AI tooling is evolving and actively look for ways to apply it to solve real engineering problems
