Role Overview
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs
- Conduct competitive analysis and product research
- Align product initiatives with company goals and business objectives
- Develop short

- Own and prioritize the product backlog
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products
- Lead sprint planning, roadmap reviews, and product release planning
- Ensure successful product launches and post-launch optimization
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into product solutions
- Present product updates, priorities, and recommendations to leadership
- Manage expectations, timelines, risks, and trade-offs
- Define and track product KPIs
- Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve adoption, retention, and engagement
- Make data-driven recommendations to enhance product performance
- Lead product experimentation and optimization efforts
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven experience managing SaaS, software, or digital products
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies
- Experience creating and managing product roadmaps
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make strategic decisions
- Experience in SaaS, AI, Marketing Technology, or startup environments (preferred)
- Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or similar tools (preferred)
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics (preferred)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices (preferred)
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed stakeholders (preferred).
