Provide day-to-day coordination support across Talent Transformation projects
Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out
Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs, track progress, and ensure alignment
Maintain project governance artefacts, including status reports, action logs, and risk and issue trackers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree / Post Grad in business or HR related discipline preferred
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR or related field
Preferred experience includes working in: Change management / Talent Operations type roles international and diverse environments Matrix organisations Project management
