Act as a subject matter expert across enterprise finance systems
Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Lead system configuration, testing, and deployment activities
Analyze, design, document, and validate system configurations
Collaborate closely with finance leaders to understand business goals
Facilitate design reviews and solution walkthroughs
Drive the delivery of system enhancements
Participate in change management, user enablement, and post–go-live support activities

5+ years of experience working with enterprise financial or ERP platforms
Deep understanding of finance and planning domains
Strong experience translating business and functional requirements into scalable system solutions
Proven expertise across the full application development lifecycle
Experience delivering large-scale ERP or enterprise cloud transformation initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus but not required)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively across geographies, time zones, and cross-functional teams
Experience integrating ERP or finance platforms with third-party systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
