Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), ensuring effective communication between users and support teams.
Route and direct support tickets to the responsible teams, monitoring the service flow.
Keep records in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), inventories and technical reserves up to date.
Update information in control, management and service monitoring systems.
Manage and perform movements of small stocks of IT equipment and materials.
Support administrative activities related to asset management, inventory and the area’s operational processes.
Requirements
Experience providing user support in corporate environments.
Knowledge of ticket management and control processes.
Familiarity with updating and maintaining databases, inventories and management systems.
Knowledge of stock control and movement of IT assets.
Good verbal and written communication skills for interaction with users and technical teams.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track processes and control operational information.
