Ensure documents are complete, organized, and properly filed
Organize team events
Support payroll activities
Maintain and optimize Kenjo, our HR system
Prepare and coordinate the full onboarding process, end-to-end
Draft employment contracts, references, and other People-related documents
Provide office coordination support — help keep the workplace tidy, well-stocked, and welcoming; assist with mail and deliveries; and support meeting room and visitor management
Handle general administrative tasks (mail handling, filing, etc.)
Support communication with external service providers and consultants
Support payments and invoice collection
Requirements
Currently enrolled at university (all study backgrounds welcome)
Initial exposure to HR, office administration, or people-related topics — through coursework, an internship, or a working student role
Strong, genuine interest in HR processes and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment
Proficiency in German
Very good English skills to communicate within our international team
Comfortable working with digital tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Office)
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Hands-on mentality with a proactive attitude
