Role Overview

• Support the team in day-to-day operations
• Responsible for professional applicant management
• Create and place job advertisements
• Support marketing activities and maintain the online presence
• Contribute to client projects (job descriptions, job ads, research)
• Applicant management during the recruitment process (processing incoming applications, supporting interviews)
• Prepare and support career coaching sessions
• Conduct benchmarking to develop new service offerings
• Optimize and further develop the online presence
• Assist with administrative tasks (correspondence, scheduling, bookkeeping)

Requirements

• Enrolled in a business-related degree program such as Business Administration, Economics, or Business Psychology
• Interest in HR consulting and marketing
• Open and personable character
• Motivated and goal-oriented
• Good organizational skills
• Strong enthusiasm and a quick learner
• Ability to work independently
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Professional and reliable demeanor
• Confident user of MS Office applications
