Work directly with senior managers to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Turn financial data into clear, useful insights that help the business understand what’s working and what’s not
Look closely at costs and performance, and point out where things can be improved or simplified
Be part of discussions about new business ideas by reviewing financials and helping assess their potential
Stay close to ongoing projects, tracking performance and flagging risks or gaps early
Act as a go-to contact for financial topics, explaining impacts in a way that is easy to understand
Build strong working relationships across finance and the wider business

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification preferred
Proven experience in finance business partnering, with exposure to senior stakeholders and complex organizational environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Proven ability to influence and challenge senior management in a constructive and results-oriented manner
Strong eye for business, with a clear understanding of financial drivers and business dynamics
Proactive, solution-focused attitude with a continuous improvement approach
Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment
