Responsible for operating, automating, and securing the IT infrastructure
Support the development team in deploying and hardening modern applications
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Automate deployments and infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code, e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
Collaborate with development teams to optimize release processes
Create and operate monitoring and observability for production IT systems and services
Implement and monitor security policies and measures
Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration tests
Incident response and ensuring compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, BSI C5)

Completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent degree with several years of professional experience
Knowledge of IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
Experience automating systems and processes (e.g., with Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
Knowledge in monitoring and observability
Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python, TypeScript)
Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork
Very good German language skills, written and spoken (at least C1)
