Build strong relationships with our Fraud Product, Engineering, Data and Operations teams.
Craft and develop prevention-first tools to stay ahead of fraudsters.
Influence senior internal and external stakeholders in line with Monzo's values.
Create a positive culture across our Fraud Group.
Requirements
Significant experience leading highly-effective risk teams, ideally in a regulated and fast-paced environment.
Deep knowledge of fraud regulations in the UK and EU.
Experience prioritising and developing innovative fraud management strategies, using the latest technology to scale and implement these.
Experience working hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
Data-driven with the ability to self-serve and use technology to solve problems and identify opportunities.
Must be proficient in English.
