Role Overview
Lead a division or segment of sales professionals in the Government and Higher Education verticals
Drive new-to-bank client acquisition while deepening wallet share across existing clients
Deliver end-to-end Treasury Management and Payments solutions
Hire, develop, lead and hold accountable a team of high performing sales professionals
Generate revenue by utilizing solution selling strategies
Assist with the design of new services and the development of sales strategy
Sustain profitability and growth of the division
Ensure regular performance result updates are provided to stakeholders
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team to achieve division objectives
Create and maintain cost-effective programs for the division
Requirements
BA/MBA in finance, accounting, or other related fields or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience in financial services
8+ years of management experience developing sales teams, preferred
Proven capability to lead and develop teams, including direct management of managers, while setting clear strategy, accountability, and execution standards across the organization
Ability to build and scale complex businesses, driving sustained revenue growth and market share gains
Strong understanding of technology enabled treasury and payments solutions and how digital capabilities enhance client outcomes and sales effectiveness
Deep expertise in Treasury Management services, including a strong understanding of liquidity and investments, receivables, payments, commercial cards, merchant services, and trade.
Exceptional communication, influence, and executive presence skills.
