Take responsibility for operational finance, accounting and controlling topics across multiple entities
Support monthly and annual financial closings
Analyze P&L, balance sheet and business performance metrics and derive actionable insights
Prepare analyses, forecasts and reports at company and group level
Actively contribute to the development of processes, structures and finance workflows
Collaborate closely with other departments on tax and accounting matters
Participate in projects related to digitization and reporting
Requirements
Several years of experience in finance, accounting or controlling
Good understanding of accounting, financial statements and financial relationships
Comfortable with both operational tasks and analytical questions
Structured thinker
Ability to question existing processes and work in a solution-oriented manner
Ideally experience with monthly or annual closings; additional qualification as a Bilanzbuchhalter (certified balance sheet accountant) or experience in controlling is a plus
Very good German language skills
Confident user of Excel and ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g. Business Central)
