Support both ongoing and project-based activities across executive and global compensation, performance, recognition, and equity programs through analysis, reporting, and financial modelling.
Provide support with the global annual salary reviews and incentive awards.
Assist with external remuneration disclosure processes for the Board of Directors, including data collection, validation, and reporting.
Gather, analyse, and interpret data to provide insights into global compensation programs, leveraging relevant systems and tools.
Conduct data audits and reporting through HR Information Systems and partner with the HR Service Centre to administer executive data changes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders including HR, Finance, Tax, Payroll, and Company Secretariat to deliver cyclical remuneration-based activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of compensation processes, reporting, and systems.
Requirements
Experience within a medium-to-large organisation (or equivalent), with strong exposure to compensation, remuneration, or financial analysis.
Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills, and the ability to interpret internal and external remuneration data to support decision-making.
Experience in financial or compensation modelling, budgeting, and dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI).
Proven ability to independently manage projects and effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, with a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline.
