Own the end‑to‑end demand intake and product operations approach across Product Ownership.
Bring structure, visibility and control to a complex backlog aligned to approved business cases.
Organise existing demand, define clear standards for intake, documentation and prioritisation.
Ensure all work is complete, governed and ready before entering the backlog.
Act as the single control point to rationalise inputs from multiple sources.
Maintain one trusted view of all demand and in‑flight work.

Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extensive experience in Product Operations, PMO, or delivery governance roles within complex, matrixed environments.
A proven record of designing, owning, and materially improving intake, backlog, and operational processes.
Confidence working effectively in environments with incomplete tooling, evolving operating models, or unclear structures.
Strong, hands-on knowledge of workflow and ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps.
Ability to drive accountability, persistence, and follow-through across diverse stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
Rigorous systems mindset, strong attention to detail and data integrity, with a clear focus on outcomes.
