The Vice President, Enterprise Infrastructure & Security serves as the Bank’s senior technology leader responsible for the architecture, engineering, and operational integrity of enterprise infrastructure and security platforms.
Ensure stability, resilience, security, and regulatory compliance of the Bank’s core technology environment supporting critical business operations, customer channels, and regulatory obligations.
Provide executive leadership across enterprise infrastructure domains including network, server, cloud, identity, endpoint, and security technologies.
Ensure infrastructure platforms are designed, implemented, and operated in a secure, resilient, and highly available manner consistent with regulatory expectations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering and operations.
Demonstrated experience implementing and operating cybersecurity technologies.
Experience working in regulated environments; financial services preferred.
Ability to effectively use computer systems, enterprise technology platforms, and standard business software required to perform the essential functions of the role.
Enterprise infrastructure architecture and engineering expertise.
Security technology implementation and integration.
Identity and access management platforms and controls.
Disaster recovery, resilience, and business continuity planning.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (GLBA, FFIEC, OCC, SOX, Privacy).
Executive-level leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage executive and technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills with a risk-aware, governance-focused mindset.
