Role Overview
Own the end-to-end acquisition and launch of new Express partners across multiple verticals and markets
Build strategic pipelines and lead commercial negotiations that unlock long-term mutual value
Partner cross-functionally to shape go-to-market strategies and deliver successful partner launches
Use market insights, partner feedback, and performance data to help refine Deliveroo Express’ commercial strategy and value proposition
Requirements
A strong track record in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles with clear evidence of winning new business
Experience leading complex commercial negotiations and managing senior external stakeholders
Strong commercial judgement, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute effectively in fast-moving environments
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to different audiences
A highly proactive, go-getter mindset with strong ownership and a bias for action
A collaborative, team-first attitude and the ability to balance pace with attention to detail.
