Conducting testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities
Developing technical documentation to support system design and functionality
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
Leading development efforts and mentoring junior developers (for Senior / Lead-Level)
Designing system architecture and scalable application frameworks (for Senior / Lead-Level)
Supporting integration, system testing, and deployment activities (for Senior / Lead-Level)
Managing development timelines, tasks, and deliverables (for Senior / Lead-Level)
Contributing to technical strategy and solution design decisions (for Senior / Lead-Level)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Entry to mid-level experience in software development
5+ years of experience in software engineering (for Senior Software Developer)
5+ years of experience in web-based application development (for Senior Web Developer)
Experience supporting DoD or federal government programs
Experience working in secure or classified environments
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Experience with backend, frontend, or full-stack development
Knowledge of cloud environments and modern development frameworks
Experience with API development, system integration, and data pipelines
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
