Support with installation, configuration, and platform integration
Integration into existing IT/OT and security landscapes
Alignment of infrastructure, network, and security requirements
Support for deployment concepts (on-premises, hybrid, cloud)
Conducting technical workshops with international enterprise clients
Analysis of customer requirements and technical use cases
Advising on cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and compliance topics
Long-term technical support for customers after go-live and contract signing
Expanding the use of ZYLENTIX across additional business units, product areas, or locations
Identifying new use cases and opportunities within the customer organization
Building long-term customer relationships at technical and strategic levels
Identifying new technical and organizational requirements
Collecting, structuring, and prioritizing customer feedback and pain points
Managing new features and requirements through to implementation
Technical project support throughout the entire implementation phase
Coordinating between customers, internal teams, and external partners
Tracking progress, risks, and open issues
Documenting architecture, operations, and integration concepts
Preparing and conducting status meetings

Experience in IT, OT, cybersecurity, or software implementation projects in an enterprise environment
Good understanding of modern IT/OT, network, and infrastructure architectures
Enjoy collaborating with customers and solving technical challenges together
Experience working with diverse stakeholders and complex corporate structures
Technical knowledge of Linux, containerization, APIs, and software integration
Ideally, knowledge in vulnerability management, asset management, or security operations
Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or industrial environments is a plus but not required
Motivation to take responsibility and support customers on their long-term path to success
