Requirements
10+ years’ experience assigning security roles, building customizations and configuration in D365 for Sales
10+ years’ experience working in Microsoft CRM on prem environments, minimally Microsoft CRM 2015
5+ years’ experience defining complex workflow requirements to be built in Power Automate
5+ years’ experience building complex Canvas-based Power Apps and supporting Power Automate Flows
10+ years’ experience delivering up to Tier II support
10+ years’ experience leading the technical aspect of D365 implementation projects
10+ years’ experience leading technical Microsoft CRM/D365 upgrade projects
10+ years’ experience integrating third party tools into D365
10+ years of HTML, JavaScript, CSS experience
5+ years of consulting in a professional services organization
5+ years of PowerShell script development
Bachelor’s degree in business or I.T. related discipline
Active certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM Implementation of third-party plug-ins such as: Inogic tools, Scribe, SmartConnect, CRM Workflow, Microsoft Flow, or KingswaySoft
